We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us at info@iquodrive.com and we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
New subscribers: you are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Renewals: refunds are not issued for subscription renewals after the 30-day guarantee period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
Pro-rated refunds: we do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods when cancelling after the 30-day window.
Kitchen products purchased from the Iquo Cookhouse shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund (less original shipping charges), provided:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If you receive a physical product that is damaged or defective, please email us at info@iquodrive.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
